From the National Film and Sound Archive the film was made by Film Australia in the 1960s. Shows the work of  one of the busiest harbours in the world.  Studies the  pilots  the tugs, the enormous traffic in cargo ships, ocean liners,  coastal steamers,  and myriad ferries, from the viewpoint of a tug master.
